Program Recap: Activate Your Energy Leadership!

“Where the mind goes…energy flows…”
Executive Coach Nicoa Dunne captured her audience’s attention with her positive energy at this month’s SMPS Triangle event.  She began her presentation with a short YouTube clip and asked the audience how they would respond in this situation. Drawing attention to the pause and deep breath the Dad takes in the before he reacts to the situation – Nicoa points out that we all have a Choice  in how we respond to any given situation. “Where …Read More »

The Kick-Off: A New SMPS Year

Last Week SMPS Research Triangle kicked off their 2015-2016 year at Tyler’s Taproom in downtown Raleigh. The “New” CMO

The future Chief Marketing Officer — less like a quarterback, more like a soccer captain. At least that’s what Vivaldi Partners found when they asked 50 CMOs and senior marketing executives across three continents about the challenges of the ever-expanding CMO role, “super CMOs” and how to get it all done. “Super” CMOs do it all. They are responsible for driving growth, knowing the client and creating content that works — all the while innovating as they go. No biggie, …Read More »

Program Recap: Photoshop + Illustrator Boot Camp

Claudia McCue was at it again at this year’s Photoshop and Illustrator Boot Camp. Not only did she make us laugh, but she also left us in awe of her skills. Better yet? She taught us her go-to moves when it comes to the programs. The boot camp attendees are now Photoshop pros (or at least getting there) when it comes to color correcting, taking out pesky items in an otherwise good image (think traffic cones), masking, changing out backgrounds …Read More »
