WSP USA has an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Proposal team, supporting the Southeast region! This position will be in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. The marketing team is a collaborative group, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of that team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines.

Additionally, they will be energetic, willing to learn, able to work well under deadline pressure while juggling multiple deadlines and interacting professionally with company leadership, marketing staff and a diverse group of planning, engineering, and other technical professionals.

This is a deadline-driven environment. Candidates should have flexibility to work extra hours to accommodate those deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Southeast Marketing Manager and North Carolina Area Managers, participating in the development of marketing materials, proposals and presentations.

• Coordinate persuasive,quality proposals which are compliant with RFP requirements; write marketing portions; coordinate graphic design and format page layout

• Interact professionally with company leadership, marketing staff and a diverse group of planning, engineering, and other technical professionals.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business or Marketing or similar discipline or comparable experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C, professional services, or related industry

• Proficiency with a variety of computer software and desktop publishing programs and possess strong writing, editing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign)

• Effective verbal communication and organizational skills

• Detail oriented with an emphasis on quality work products

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Self-direction with exceptional follow through and ability to take ownership of assignments

• Willing to work overtime when necessary

• Other duties relating to marketing and business development as assigned
