Professional development is a deliberate process by which we build relationships and skills that will propel us to the next level of our careers. Developing skills and gaining access to the tools and people necessary for our success can be a stressful and vague process. At some point in our careers, we may find ourselves navigating a performance review, seeking support to join a professional organization, asking for a raise, preparing for a promotion, deciding to move to another department, or even considering new opportunities with a different company.

This SMPS Coordinators’ Club is designed to help you navigate the conversations and decisions we all face as professionals at any level. Enjoy candid round-table discussions with seasoned professionals and fellow marketers about ways to identify and achieve professional goals while fostering balance.
