We’ve heard the stories: marketing coordinator gets promoted to manager and becomes a director without understanding how to develop people or inspire teams. These managers are proposal strategy experts who end up leading teams with untried methods. The result impacts professional development, talent sustainability, and revenue, creating a crisis of confidence in leadership and draining talent. This presentation will help marketers learn to lead with purpose, incorporating leadership strategies and HR best practices that build culture, strengthen team longevity, and maximize ROI.

Program Learning Objectives:

  • Improve organizational culture
  • Strengthen teams by empowering individuals
